Membership Application and Renewal
Annual dues are $40.00 per couple. Dues for renewing members are $40.00 per couple for the year and are payable annually in July.
Dues and donations to Partners Metro DC are tax deductible in accordance with federal and local laws. Partners Metro DC is registered under section 501(c)3 of the IRS Code. Please consult your accountant for further assistance.
Please fill out and mail your membership or renewal with a check or money order to the address provided in the document.
